Most people call me Zek
I'm 16 and about 4 feet 5. Yeah that's short for my age. People often don't take me seriously because of it. I lived on the bad side of the city for awhile
I was raised by my father who was a monk. Apparently his family was very skilled martial artist. They specialized in Hamon for the most part. He also taught it to me. I learned it pretty quick as if it came natural to me. When I was 12, He thought I was old enough to take care of myself and decided to let me go out and see the world for myself. His father did the same, and his father’s father did also. It was somehow tradition for the family to do this when a boy becomes a man. He told me not to return home until I was 18, so I left. This was obviously an excuse so he can get drunk and party all day as if he already didn't do that enough, but I've just rolled with it. I'd quickly learned that the world wasn't a very pretty place. I would still practice hamon on my own. Over time, I've acquired an ability known as a stand. I've found out these stands could do amazing things. Mines didn't do too much though. However, I've managed to put it into great use. My free time usually involved wandered the streets going to varies places and doing whatever. I did get into a lot of fights during those times. I've even joined a gang. Nothing big or professional, just a group of punks around my age or a bit older that pulled typical crimes. Well at least we aren't too big yet. I encountered them when I walked into an ally and a couple of guys tried to rob me.... They never walked again. Apparently someone was watching me. A gang member name Rick Roller was impressed by my skills even tho I didn’t even use hamon during the fight. Rick wasn’t normal, he had a stand. He showed me his stand because he wanted to know if I could see it. Somehow he suspected I was also a stand user despite the fact I didn’t even showed it to him. At least I don’t think I did. He told me he wasn’t sure if I was a stand user or not. He said when he come across anyone who can fight the way I did, he would always show his stand to see if they could see it or not. After he found out I had a stand he wanted me to join his street gang. Apparently lots of them had stands for some reason. I decided to join because
I needed something to do with my life. Sure I went to a school, but after that I didn’t do much besides going to the arcade and occasionally see a movie or read a manga. Off topic but does anyone else think that Dark Pink Boy is overrated? Back to what I was saying. I’ve always wanted to leave my mark on this planet and be remembered for something. I was planing on hanging with them for a little while until I've found out how exciting the life of a criminal can be. Living above the law, doing whatever we want, taking whatever we want. Sending anyone that get's in our way to the hospital. We've even taken down another group of stand users who called themselves "cleaning crime off the streets", like they are super heroes or something. No one was killed of course, we usually try to avoid killing those that have good intentions unless we see it as absolutely necessary. This is the bosses policy. Yeah a gang lord that actually cares about avoiding casualties of the innocent. Don't ask me why, she's complicated, but rules are rules. This policy is why other gangs usually don't take us seriously until we actually get in a fight with them. My old man wouldn't approve of my live style but besides teaching me hamon, he isn't exactly what most would call father of the year material either so he shouldn't be talking. Either way, i'm proud of myself.
